My mail carrier leaves my mail box door open all the time and my mail gets soaking wet if it's raining. She also always leaves my packages on the step IN the rain. Oh and I'm still waiting on two packages that have never been delivered...

Normal what I've come to expect from a post office slow service one person being overworked at the counter. The inappropriate attitude when you don't know their policy and procedure. Overly anal and particularly about the size of font on the address. And even though I had printed on a piece of paper the return address and the destination address I just wanted to adhere to the outside of the package after we determine which was the best shipping option period I had to then spend another $4 plus tax on tape because I had not brought any with me. That being said I know it will get there... But just more crap that I've come to expect from our very own USPS which really is just a privatized company that holds a United States in their name... I'm uploading my receipt to show the cost of the shipment.

Also Our mail lady is AWESOME!

No wonder they get bad ratings. I was expecting a package but had to work so they attempt delivery and since I wasn't home it went back on the truck. I get the slip of paper to go pick it up and when I get there they tell me I can't get it until the next day! I called this morning and said hey I'm home can it be redelivered? Nope. They said it will sit there for a few days and then gey shipped back. Now I have to walk all the way across town to pick up a package worth 130 bucks or I will never see it! Lazy people I swear.

I normally get my mail...often with mail belonging to my neighbors mixed in...which I just put back in the box for pick up the next day. My real complaint is with important mail...certified letters and packages that need a signature. Because I work from my home i am rarely away during the day. Yet I have NEVER had anything delivered that required a signature on their first attempt to deliver. I always find a "sorry we missed you" notice either in my mail box and sometimes even at my front door. Totally unacceptable. I should not have to track down my important or critical mail. I just learned a certified letter regarding an urgent matter was returned to the sender unsigned 2 months ago...i never even received notice on that one. We've had these problems ever since they stopped delivering from our local branch in Norton.

Always a pleasant experience. I would venture to say that we need more people at the front windows but nothing that a normal person can handle. I have not had a bad experience in 15 years!
